HOW TO SIGN UP NEW DOGS/PET OWNERS
Click the button below or send them to the Early Experience Program validation website: adequanearly.com/petowner. On the website they’ll be asked to enter your unique clinic code you received via email from your enrollment confirmation. They’ll proceed to enter the needed personal information to enroll their dog in your clinic’s portal.
Your clinic will receive a FREE, 2-vial box of Adequan® Canine for every 10 new dogs you enroll in the program. And, you can repeat this task to enroll up to 150 new dogs or until your one-year anniversary from your original enrollment date.

How do we enroll new dogs/pet owners?

How many new dogs do we need to enroll to get a FREE product?
When you enroll your clinic in the Early Experience Program you automatically receive your first FREE product. Then, for every 10 new dogs you help to introduce and enroll in the program for your clinic you will receive another FREE 2-vial box. You can receive up to fifteen (15), FREE, 2-vial boxes after your initial enrollment by introducing 150 new dogs in the program.
What if the dogs we've enrolled exceed the 500# dosage per carton?
If the dogs being enrolled in your clinic with their FREE dose are larger breed dogs and exceeds the 500# dosing level on your FREE carton, please contact your American Regent Animal Health Sales Representative. They have the ability to help you reach the next level with confirmation of the increased weight parameters with your new dog enrollments.
Can the same pet owner enroll more than one dog?
Yes. This is a program to help improve a dog’s everyday life adventures, regardless of who owns them.
Where do I locate my clinic's unique code to share with pet owners?
Once your clinic enrollment is approved, you will receive a welcome email which includes your clinic’s unique identity code. This code will be used to connect your pet owner’s dogs to your clinic’s Early Experience Program portal.
How can I identify how many dogs are enrolled in my clinic's Early Experience Program?
You can call and or email your American Regent Animal Health Sales Representative and they can access your records and email you your current enrollment data (#dogs, dog’s weight total, number of rewards). They can also show you how to access the data reporting for your clinic directly.
How do I get my FREE 2-vial boxes?
When you enroll your clinic with the help of your American Regent Animal Health Sales Representative, our customer service team will be alerted to begin the enrollment process. The first step will be for them to follow-up with the registered veterinarian associated with your clinics program enrollment. Because Adequan® Canine is an FDA, prescription-only product we must have confirmation from a licensed-veterinarian to deliver any FREE 2-vial box(es) directly to a clinic. Once license confirmation is confirmed and your clinic is approved, your FREE product will be shipped directly to you from American Regent, Inc. As you introduce and enroll 10 new dogs associated with your clinic our internal system will alert our customer service team, they will place an order for your next FREE 2-vial box and you will receive an email notification when your FREE product has been shipped directly to you.

When you enroll a new dog in the program the pet owner will receive, via email, a coupon for one FREE dose of Adequan® Canine from your clinic. For every 10 new dogs you enroll in the program your clinic will receive an additional FREE 2-vial box of Adequan® Canine product. You may enroll up to 150 new dogs to receive 15 additional, FREE, 2-vial boxes of Adequan® Canine after your initial clinic enrollment.
This FREE product offer in the Early Experience Program is only valid from the date of your clinic’s enrollment and for up to one year from your enrollment date or after 150 enrolled dogs, whichever event arrives first. American Regent Animal Health reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this program or cancel this promotional offer without notice.
